Corporate Governance Officer

Originally managed by Financial Manager Ms. Hsiu-Chen Yu, the Board of Directors resolved on March 10, 2021, to officially designate Ms. Yu as the Corporate Governance Officer. This role aims to safeguard shareholder rights and enhance the board’s functionality. Ms. Yu has over three years of experience as a financial executive in a publicly listed company.
